Its time for Amakhosi to get a new coach or else we gonna find our self's out in top 8 Yet another emergency meeting reflects the deep mire that Chiefs find themselves in after wasting a chance to move closer to the league leaders with just six league games to go.While Chiefs are still mathematically in with a chance of the title, the overwhelming impression left by the 1-0 defeat by the struggling Maritzburg was of a team still firmly stuck in a spiral of inconsistency and with no solution to their problems. It will now likely be seven seasons since the glamour club of South African football last won the league, their mythical dominating aura long since gone.Caretaker coach Donald Khuse put up a feeble defence of his charges' performance in a game in which they were dominant but ultimately failed to force the opposing goalkeeper into more than just a handful of saves."The main problem is that we didn't have any luck. You can play well but if you don't have luck, you lose," he said. While the atmosphere might be brighter after the sacking of Vladimir Vermezovic, the change has done nothing to tighten the team's resolve and a rare trophy-less season awaits the Amakhosi
:Doctor Khumalo, Bobby Motaung and Chiefs caretaker coach Donald "Ace" Khuse during the Nedbank Cup quarterfinal loss to Free State Stars at the weekend. It now looks likely that Amakhosi will go seven seasons without winning the league.

why a new coach?
ReplyDeletewe need a new coach to improve our standad of playing and win us the league cause its been 7 season wethout winning league.
ReplyDeleteI think chiefs is using second hand players no wonder you gus keep losing. JOIN PIRATES THE WINNING TEAM.
ReplyDeletethats not true girl we do have players what we need is a coach.
DeleteChiefs is a brand they don't need to win trophies they are bigger than the PSL there Public Relations Officers are exellent at their job.
ReplyDeletephemelo thats true man chief its business now they no longer invest on soccer thats why we loose.
DeleteWell i dont see how only the COACH is to blame and no one else.Maybe kaizer chiefs needs thorough spring cleaning in everything from Coaches, players and management.
ReplyDeleteSS NQWABA i agree whith you girl we must by players and the good coach
DeleteI honestly don't think that coaches are to be blamed if players don't win the opposing team. Victory has to start with players and know that they are playing to win not to please the coach or management committee...I don't think that KC had to replace the winnig coach with an ammeture, I mean which game the new coach has won, I guess its zilch
ReplyDeleteloyiso thats true man but you must also know tha players follow orders from the coach and if they don'twin which means the coach's orders are not good.
Deletewe might need a new coach but the players need to work together not as individuals.
ReplyDeleteDudu thats true but what we must also know player take orders from the coach and if they loose which mean something wrong with the coach's orders
DeleteSandile, in a game luck has nothing to do with winning. Finding a new coach will just send Amakhosi back to square 1. The team needs to push harder and the coach needs a bit of training on how to handle the boys.
ReplyDeleteDoris every ship needs a captain so what am trying to say is we do need a coach grl.
DeleteDon't understand how could had a player of Sibusiso Msomi's quality slip off from Kaizer Chiefs development ranks(now with Platinum Stars).
ReplyDeleteseth its because they focus on zimbambwen player not our devolopment they don't care about the development.
DeleteAll we need is a new coach and new players
ReplyDeletei agree with you michelle new coach and new players for next season.
